Due to a chronic, however non-life-threatening health condition, I am out of the office while available upon request (and you will not be burdening me if you reach out) on average for one week every threeish months, as well as for two consecutive weeks twice annually; I will otherwise have a backup clinician subbing in for me. This arrangement is not workable for everyone and I would like to help find an appropriate referral if this is the case for you.
