About my practice

What you practice is what you have.

—Zen saying

The heart of my practice, and my passion, is in helping clients resource, reprocess and resolve their trauma so that they can live lives of intention, connection, vitality, hope and meaning.

I am a somatically & psychodynamically-trained, trauma & attachment-informed, emotionally-focused, mindfulness-based, poly-friendly, pro-choice, queer-allied, antiracist, client-centered & licensed psychotherapist curious about anything and everything being evoked within you & between the world and you. I am especially interested in how our internal and external experience is shaped and impacted by family, personality and culture, in exploring the places where our personal and collective conditioning intersect and overlap, and in how the sociopolitical matrix we find ourselves located and positioned in shapes, impacts and functions in us personally, professionally, romantically, familially, socially, collectively & otherwise.
